Dutch Growers Saskatoon is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to lead the financial operations. With a growing family business, you will be instrumental in guiding the company to its next stage of growth, leveraging your expertise in financial analytics and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee complete accounting, accounts receivables and payables, reconciliation, inventory, point-of-sale system, budgeting, and payroll.
• Leadership:As a key member of the Leadership team you will be guiding and advising business owners and the management team through strategic, and creative problems solving. You will lead and drive performance through financial analytics and ownership/management meetings.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to company growth through the overall financial oversight and providing budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, profitability analysis, creation of customized reports and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of a recognized accounting program with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in retail business operations a strong asset.
• Extensive capability of the manipulation of the excel data and generation of reports.

• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively while maintaining a clear vision for business growth.
