It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our co-founder and Oma, Adrie Van Duyvendyk. 

In 1953 our Oma and Opa moved to Saskatchewan from Holland and opened a nursery that is Dutch Growers. Our Oma raised 6 children along with running a business full time, talk about boss lady! 

She had 91 amazing years on earth and spent it devoted to her faith, traveling with her husband, and spending every moment she could with her family. Family was everything to her and she was the most amazing mom, grandma, and great grandma anyone could ask for. 

Our Oma instilled in us what hard work means and truly was an inspiration in all our lives. She taught us what it means to be kind, selfless, strong, and she was full of wisdom. 

Dutch Growers would not be what it is today without this incredible woman, and we are all grateful for the impact she had on her family, the business, and our community. 

Thank you, good & faithful servant. You are home. We love you Oma!
